Answer: The chalk is white powdery, most of the courier denied to ship it or in limited quantity. All samples are free of charge,the cost depends on the courier charge.usually we send one box of the block as sample, the mailing cost to Europe is approximate USD50-60-  If you have courier account like DHL or FEDEX, please ask them to pick up the sample from our office.
